1. WRITE WHAT YOU DESIRE DOWN IN THE FORM OF “I AM.” Writing down what you desire in the form of “I am” brings it to the present time, as if it’s already happening NOW. This is important because you don’t want to keep your desire out in the future, you want it here now. So by saying “I am” you’re acting as if you already have what you desire. An example might be: I am walking through the beautiful cobblestone streets of Paris with the love of my life.
4) Hmm... weird again. Dunno what books you've read, but that is totally false. Nothing is perfect and the "LoA" I subscribe to doesn't say what you've described. Visualizing is only one tool of LoA... one which I don't really use. The perfect relationship and perfect diet are total BS. you don't visualize those things, you either build them (a good healthy relationship, not a perfect one) or follow them (a good diet).
The most important part of this step is to clarify how you want to feel. When you get clear on how you want to feel, you can begin to access that feeling. That feeling is what makes the manifestation come into form. You can write a thousand lists and make a million vision boards, but if you don’t clearly feel what you want to experience, it will never truly manifest into form.
Get enough sleep. If you really want to manifest your desires, you need to be the best version of yourself first. One thing that most people tend to fall short of is sleep. Sleep as part of a healthy life cannot be underestimated. While sleep is often the first thing that's cut into when big things are happening in our lives, you need to commit to a regular schedule that's going to keep you energized throughout the day.

A vision without action is a fantasy. So, to manifest your vision into a physical reality, you must be willing to take some kind of action. But not just action, an ‘inspired action’. Set your goals down on paper. When you write something down, you make it clear and more defined. If you're already looking to manifest your desires, it's likely you already have some goals in mind. If not, look to the distinction between your real and ideal life as a foundation for your goal making. Putting your goals on paper will make them tangible and concrete. Make a Vision Board. Sure, you have heard it a million times before, but when is the last time you actually MADE one? What you see is what you get in life. Get out some magazines, cut out images that attract you, paste them on a poster board, and hang it where you can see it.
