Having the necessary mindset for the creation of your vision means that your mind – both conscious and unconscious – must FULLY ACCEPT the new vision. In other words, you must believe that what you desire can be achieved and is possible. The reason this is so important is because if you have any opposing thoughts or competing commitments or beliefs that contradict whatever it is you’re wanting to manifest or create you will not obtain the desired results.

3. FEEL YOUR DESIRE. If you want a trip somewhere, visualize yourself in that place and pay attention to how being there makes you feel inside. Right before I went to Paris, I felt myself in a beautiful place, with autumn crispness in the air and a feeling of love enveloping me. (I had no idea I was going to Paris at the time.) Just days later, I replicated the exact feeling in Paris! This is how the law of attraction works. Most people don’t consider using the Law of Attraction to bring better health into their lives, but as you noticed in the results of the aging experiment, it’s actually a great tool for that purpose. Because the Law of Attraction works with thoughts and thoughts affect our physical reality, you may be attracting poor health into your life right now without even realizing it.
Focus on understanding your part in this overall process, rather than feeling guilty or ashamed. Recognizing how your fears have manifested in your life does not mean that the bad things in your life are your fault. I am an energy person. I believe in attracting what you’re putting out into the Universe. It’s crucial to stay at a high vibration if you want to manifest your dreams. Limit negative self talk, or negative conversations and people around you. Pay attention to when jealousy or comparison gets you down, and switch out those tasks for things that give you confidence and inspiration. A daily mindfulness practice is essential. It’s also why I recommend starting with something like A Course In Miracles or May Cause Miracles (the “millennial” version of ACIM), to get you in the habit of a daily practice. Really there are tons of apps out their for meditation and inspiration today, that there’s no excuse to not take a mindful moment every day.
The more you surrender, the higher you rise. When you trust that the Universe is always acting in your best interests for the greatest good of your soul then you feel protected, loved and supported. God/The Universe is everywhere and is always your safety net in times of need. Your role in the process? Go with the flow. When you do this you literally get out of your own way and allow your intentions to manifest.

Affirmations are a powerful tool to reprogram your subconscious mind and attract what you desire. Write a list of empowering beliefs that you want to have, such as: I am enough. I am powerful. I am loved. I am financially secure. I am divinely guided and inspired. I am complete and beautiful exactly as I am. Make sure you feel them as you say them. Feeling is the secret ingredient.

Think of it as a radio signal. As you scan through the radio, in-between stations fight for a signal. Most people are pretty familiar with this experience. Fortunately, advances in technology and science allow us to visibly and immediately experience the effects of our thoughts. Just like watching an apple fall through the air, there are experiments that demonstrate the immediate effects of thoughts and feelings.
Once you commit, then the forces of the universe can align to co-create your desire. This could show up in the form of an article you read, a connection made through a friend, a book, an event you attend, money that is required to seed your dream, or inspiration that strikes. Any of these examples are evidence that you're on the path to creating your desire. Your decision is calling in the resources inside and outside of you that you need to achieve your desire.

Gratitude. Feel the gratitude of what it feels like when your dreams come to fruition. Your feelings are what is fueling the manifestation process. What does it feel like when you are living your dreams? Spend time visualizing what it is like to live your dreams and feel that gratitude, joy, love, bliss and all the other good stuff. I worked with a professional footballer once. He was getting very nervous about shooting goals. He kept missing even though he was very talented.
