When I tell people that this is what it really means to believe in a law of attraction, they don't believe me. They say, that's ridiculous. We don't control everything in the universe. But you are a perfect example of the negative, blame the victim side of the LOA. I understand, appreciate, and respect that maintaining this perspective is consistent with your beliefs in the LOA. My personal belief is that this is not healthy for you, others with whom you connect, or for society in general.
Sometimes negative feelings are a cause for action if they are valid. To deal with your feeling of fear, worry and doubt in the moment, simply think about what you are going to do about what you are thinking and then let go, or do it immediately if you can, so that your mind can rest on the issue. Be happy and your situation will automatically change for the better.
10) Blame Yourself: As the LOA is supposed to be a perfect, universal law, positivity should ALWAYS attract more positivity. The corollary of this is that you alone are completely responsible for any goal that was not successfully achieved, no matter how unrealistic the goal. This assumes that you not only control your thoughts and actions, but also those of everyone around you…and nature. The fact is, that you don’t. Sorry to break that to you.

I kept hearing about this book. I expected it to be a new age, wish on a star book. But, it was a good read. It reminded me that, at least to some extent, we do create our own reality by the attitude we project. If we are a grump, we attract other grumps, not happy persons, to us. And so on. It is a quick read, a fun read, lots of white space, easy to understand and assimilate, no high psychology words, no mumbo jumbo. Good illustrations. Definitely written for the layman. I've also seen Losier's videos and they are more of the same.
Eat a balanced diet. If you are getting enough sleep but still somehow feel tired, it's near-certain that diet factors into the equation somehow. Take a good look at the stuff you're eating. Are you giving your body due respect? Depending on your current diet, there may be some obvious things you should be doing without. Sticking to a whole foods-based diet is your best bet, but you should take some time to work out a diet plan that suits you. Strike a balance that sufficiently compromises between your desired food and responsible, healthy eating.
I will say this. Before even opening the book, IF one's mind set doesn't have the willingness to be open to things beyond what they've already heard about life, experienced in life and traditional (Eastern and Western) religions tell you, AND/OR you're only looking at it this whole concept of LOA, be if from Abraham or in general, with skepticism and a "pooh, pooh" attitude, then it very well might not be the book for you. Just like the saying out there, "If you always do, what you've always done..... then you'll always get, what you've already got".
I just purchased this book this morning and after reading it, I feel 100% better about life! I was going through some really mind-boggling situations. I have been stuck in the same situation for the past 3 years and could not for the life of me figure out why! Now, after reading "How to Manifest Anything" I understand and now know how to change my life for the better. I recommend this book to anyone that is going through that segment of life, where they just don't know what to do next with their life. I give this book 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
There are many instances that we want something really bad, and we get it without even uttering a word. The universe responds to our thoughts as well as our requests. One may say God is answering prayers but our thought may be even more magnetic than our words, as we often don't speak what we really mean. The inner thought is the most truthful one can be.
So, now that you are working on creating open channels of energy by removing the limiting beliefs and blocks, you can begin to put your dreams/goals out into the Universe. Pay attention to how you are asking the Universe for these things! A lot of people make the mistake, without realizing, to ask the Universe for things in a “scarce” or “victim” mindset. What do I mean by that?
Trust the Universe. Imagine an alternate dimension that is almost exactly like the real world but whatever you truly desire comes true in an instant. See yourself in that dimension, where whatever you ask the Universe for comes to you in an instant. Don't look for what you asked for; this is where people tend to mess up. If you have to keep an eye out for an event that manifests your wish, it's only telling the Universe you don't have it, and you will attract not having it.
You Can't Always Get What You Want In Life Quotes
5. Your Desire Forms the Basis of Every Manifestation. Is there an outcome you long for and yet somehow never experience? By examining your desire in every dimension, you can discover what may be blocking the manifestation of your dreams. If your desire is in alignment with your essence, you need not be concerned with the “how to”—your desire will be manifested.
Hermeticism influenced the development of European thought in the Renaissance. Its ideas were transmitted partly through alchemy. In the 18th century, Franz Mesmer studied the works of alchemists such as Paracelsus and van Helmont. Van Helmont was a 17th-century Flemish physician who proclaimed the curative powers of the imagination. This lead Mesmer to develop his ideas about Animal magnetism which Phineas Quimby, the founder of New Thought, studied.
When I was seventeen, an intuitive told me to pick up a book on manifestation, to read it and follow it to a T, and that I’d be able manifest everything I want. So I read the book and did what I was told. Nothing happened. I read The Secret and the Law of Attraction books that we’re all sort of peripherally familiar with…and still not much in that realm was helping me. A lot of it was: Think positive; your thoughts control your reality. Visualize.

Definition of ‘energy': The energy we talk about here is much more subtle than electrons, neutrinos or any other particles known to science. Through healing emotional wounds, it is possible to start feeling this energy as it flows in you. The chakras are major energetic centers each of us has and it is usually easiest to start sensing energy in and around the chakras. However, it is not necessary to sense energy in order to stop bad habits and accumulate more energy for manifesting.
My first thought after reading this book was how comforting it was to me. Almost like a parent scooping you up in a hug and saying "It's going to be alright. I've got your back. Here is what we are going to do." I know that may sound silly, but I got more out of this book than any religious type of thing, philosophy etc. (and I'm not religious in the traditional sense). After life's normal trials and tribulations in the past, what I took away from it was like a big clue or door opening into how all of life, both present, future and beyond, works. Gives detailed exercises (& a lot of them) to do/put into practice to get the Law of Attraction (aka LOA) into action working in your life AND how to get rid of the negative things, habits or thinking in your life. So it's not just a "philosophy", but a" how to" book as well. At least it spoke to me in terms that resonated.
You claim that "positive thoughts always resulting in positive things" is not the basis of the LOA. In part you are correct. The foundational basis in science, as I alluded to in the article was that thought stuff particles travel through ether (not air) and interact with formless stuff to create whatever it is that you are thinking about. This was how "the law" started.
