The so-called secret put forth in the best selling book The Secret represents ancient wisdom found within Kabbalah, or Jewish mysticism. The Kabbalists didn’t call this the Law of Attraction, but they knew and used the same principle—focusing thought and feeling on what you desire—for manifestation. Here are two reasons why manifestation doesn’t always occur.
Isn't that enough to at least provoke a little more exploration in the area of the human mind? There really is more to our mind than we know, the proof is staring us in the face yet we fail to even open our eyes, let alone see it. If the combined power of human consciousness has a detectable effect on RNGs then this is more proof that manifesting desires can happen through concentrated thought.
Make a Vision Board. Sure, you have heard it a million times before, but when is the last time you actually MADE one? What you see is what you get in life. Get out some magazines, cut out images that attract you, paste them on a poster board, and hang it where you can see it. They W-O-R-K, just ask Nick Cannon who said his vision board brought Mariah Carey into his life.
You change your state by consciously being aware of your thoughts and thought patterns. Our thoughts are one way into changing how we feel. And this is why there are so many videos about changing our thoughts and how we think (and you should watch them. They’re like vitimins. You can’t have too much. You’ll just pee out what you don’t need.) Our faulty thinking creates the negative state / energy that attracts nothing but dead ends and more discouragement. It’s a shitty loop most of us call life. Whatever you feed grows so feed the good in your life. You don’t think there’s any good in your life? That’s just means your joy muscles are very weak. There’s always someone with less than you so start the practice of finding the good in your life.
Remember that there is a difference between sending out a hope that something you'd like to happen will happen and putting in the appropriate effort or planning to ensure that something actually will happen. If you don't believe that something will happen, perhaps you're not willing to plan and work for it. You need a balance of both hope (to inspire) and effort (to achieve) for an outcome to be realized.

In the book of Joel, the Lord’s advice is in harmony with this practice: “Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.'” (Joel 3:10). It is truly as simple as these seven words form the Bible advise. You want what follows I am to be congruent with your highest self, which is God. Beginning with your inner dialogue, simply change the words that define your concept of yourself.
I have been practicing this Abraham-Hicks Law of Attraction processes for over 10 years now and it has changed my life. I am happy, relaxed, positive and filled with a sense of well-being every day of my life. Whatever I desire just comes to me, no effort. I'm so glad that I found this book years ago to begin my journey toward a life of well-being. Recently, my son asked me what would be the best book for him to learn how to live like I do and I immediately suggested this book and had it sent to him. It gives very clear and easy to follow descriptions of the Law of Attraction, the Law of Deliberate Creating and the Law of Allowing and how they work in our lives. At the end of the book are a series of practices to help you to change your perspectives on life and learn new positive habits of thinking. I couldn't recommend it more. It's the basics and it works better than you can imagine. My daughter called me last night and mentioned she had seen the book at her brother's house and wanted to learn more about how it works, so another has gone out to her. It is delightful to know my children are on their way to being as happy as I am. I never would have suggested it unless they asked. But as the title says, "Ask And It Is Given".
I am an energy person. I believe in attracting what you’re putting out into the Universe. It’s crucial to stay at a high vibration if you want to manifest your dreams. Limit negative self talk, or negative conversations and people around you. Pay attention to when jealousy or comparison gets you down, and switch out those tasks for things that give you confidence and inspiration. A daily mindfulness practice is essential. It’s also why I recommend starting with something like A Course In Miracles or May Cause Miracles (the “millennial” version of ACIM), to get you in the habit of a daily practice. Really there are tons of apps out their for meditation and inspiration today, that there’s no excuse to not take a mindful moment every day.

Next, sit, breathe and quiet your mind, eyes closed. Go through the images, giving them life and feeling and also attach the feeling of already having it, like euphoria, satisfaction, a sense of joy a having fulfilled your dreams etc. Touch the objects, smell the air, talk to someone, anything to convince the subconscious mind that it's real or that you want it enough.
A little background if you’re new around here: Before starting my own business, and then this blog, I worked a 9-5 as a substance abuse counselor on the road to burn out. Realizing where I was headed, #burnoutcity; I became the poster child for self-care: yoga at lunch, morning meditations, daily exercise, nutrition packed well-balanced meals, but I was still miserable.

I got a distressed call from a client some days back. Her friend had had a session with a kinesiologist, and the kinesiologist had removed an “entity” from her energy field. “My friend’s a mess,” my client told me. “The session was five days ago, but she’s still sick, shaky, and out of it. The experience was really scary. My friend felt like she was being pushed out of her body, and the kinesiologist was thrown across the room.”
