Although not concrete evidence that thoughts are capable of manifesting desires or even being capable of travel in waves through space and time, the messages within literally all religious literature still give plenty of food for thought. Even buddhism constantly stresses the importance of right thinking due to the fact that thoughts create reality as you can see by these 2 quotes:
When my daughter was young (she's 30 now :-)), we shared this kind of communication. There was one incident in particular when she was in school getting in serious trouble and I was out on a walk nearby. I could feel that something was very wrong, but didn't know what until I got a call from the Vice Principal that afternoon asking me to come in for a conference. I believe I was feeling her fear at having gotten into trouble. I tend to pick up on feelings more than thoughts, but I think the same concept applies.
I read one page a day and by the end of the year, I was a different person. Everyday I would focus on a single quote and I would try to keep it in the front of my mind for the duration of the day and it changed the way I looked at and thought about things. Sometimes it was hard to comprehend into my own life but I made it happen and by the end, the ideas stuck with me and now I live differently. I would recommend this book highly but I also recommend reading Ask and It is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks first.
Human Vibration Frequency
Success rate of 0.1%? Where'd you get that statistic? But whatever the actual number, your question is an invalid one. The law of gravity works 100% of the time, except we can fly planes, right? Yes, I know that sounds silly, but it's really to show you how silly YOUR question is because "LoA" works even "negatively" (put in quotations because human perception is what labels things as positive or negative when really, the universe is 'neutral' and things don't happen as a way to punish us... that's just ridiculous, it's not personal).
Unfortunately, this author has an extremely superficial understanding of the LOA. While he may claim to have read all of the books, he clearly didn't understand them. He really isn't to blame as unfortunately many of the books written on the LOA are written by people that do not fully understand it themselves. The statement that positive thoughts always bring positive things is a faulty premise that is not at the basis of the LOA.
You’ve probably heard all about positive thinking and visualization to manifest our desires. But it’s a little more intricate than just visualizing what you want, and perhaps that is why sometimes you feel frustrated when you hear people say that you create your reality or you can manifest this or that when you are unable to manifest in the ways, you prefer.
9) Mindless: To invoke a LOA, you need to live continuously in an unreal future as you anticipate that it will be once you’ve achieved your goal and only visualize a successful outcome. This shows faith in the universe. Thinking about plans, actions, and challenges are discordant and negative so skip the process and focus on the result; live without regard to the present. This is the definition of mindlessness. Being fully aware of and attentive to the here and now is mindfulness and has been shown to produce powerful health and wellness benefits such as greater life satisfaction and happiness.

Unfortunately, many of us have troubled relationships with the idea of wealth. It certainly has connotations of greed and vanity. In order to attract money, we need to banish these negative thought patterns. A key aspect of The Law of Attraction is this idea that positivity breeds positivity. Therefore, you can learn how to harness positive money habits easily with help from visualization tools and techniques.
