Be persistent and consistent. Persistence is the keyword when it comes to realizing anyone's dreams. Set a firm amount of time you'll invest each day in your dreams. Even if it's just an hour or two at the start, the time will add up if you stick to it every day. Something like an hour won't feel like anything on its own, but by the end of a month, thirty hours will have gone by. That is enough time to get you closer towards just about any goal.
In his 1910 The Science of Getting Rich Wallace D. Wattles espoused similar principles — that simply believing in the object of your desire and focusing on it will lead to that object or goal being realized on the material plane (Wattles claims in the Preface and later chapters of this book that his premise stems from the monistic Hindu view that God provides everything and can deliver what we focus on). The book also claims negative thinking will manifest negative results.
The Law of Attraction is not a new phenomenon, the theory behind its teachings has been around for ages. The release of the movie The Secret in 2006, based on Rhonda Byrne's book with the same name, created a media blitz that brought the teachings of the Law of Attraction to new heights, awakening thousands, if not millions, of people to this ancient truth.
May Manifest As
Although not concrete evidence that thoughts are capable of manifesting desires or even being capable of travel in waves through space and time, the messages within literally all religious literature still give plenty of food for thought. Even buddhism constantly stresses the importance of right thinking due to the fact that thoughts create reality as you can see by these 2 quotes:
Sometimes negative feelings are a cause for action if they are valid. To deal with your feeling of fear, worry and doubt in the moment, simply think about what you are going to do about what you are thinking and then let go, or do it immediately if you can, so that your mind can rest on the issue. Be happy and your situation will automatically change for the better.
4) No Plan: If the best way for me to achieve my goals is to live as if I’ve already achieved them, then there is no reason to make further plans to do so! Making plans shows the universe that you doubt its ability and lack faith. Doubt is negative and you will then attract more negative and not get your desired item. In the book The Secret, Jack Canfield proposed, “Our job is not to figure out the how.” “…trust that the Universe will figure out how to manifest it.” Studies show that this way of thinking results in greater short term satisfaction, but less motivation and lower chance of achieving goals. Curious that Jack Canfield’s website sells a program to teach you how to make an “Action Plan.”
Call it luck. Call it prayer. Call it manifesting. Just don’t call it magic. If you were to pick up a book on manifesting, you might think that all you need to do is visualize what you want, then keep visualizing it, and visualize some more, and then—poof!—it appears. But in the world of Lacy Phillips, who has built her life and career around this skill, it is simple psychology. It involves understanding your childhood programming and your shame and reprogramming your subconscious beliefs; it requires work and action and vulnerability.
How Do You Manifest Your Faith
Everything is energy. And when it comes to manifesting your desires, it’s important to remember that your reality is being sculpted on a moment by moment basis by your predominant energy and vibration. You can meditate, declutter your home, make sweet love, sing, pray, cook or laugh until you nearly want to pee your pants – these are all excellent ways to amp up your frequency so the Universe can deliver your goodies.
