Be persistent and consistent.[16] Persistence is the keyword when it comes to realizing anyone's dreams. Set a firm amount of time you'll invest each day in your dreams. Even if it's just an hour or two at the start, the time will add up if you stick to it every day. Something like an hour won't feel like anything on its own, but by the end of a month, thirty hours will have gone by. That is enough time to get you closer towards just about any goal.
I will say this. Before even opening the book, IF one's mind set doesn't have the willingness to be open to things beyond what they've already heard about life, experienced in life and traditional (Eastern and Western) religions tell you, AND/OR you're only looking at it this whole concept of LOA, be if from Abraham or in general, with skepticism and a "pooh, pooh" attitude, then it very well might not be the book for you. Just like the saying out there, "If you always do, what you've always done..... then you'll always get, what you've already got".
A huge component of what creates that force, that pull, magnetism, if you will, is self-worth. Anytime I would step into my power, and no longer settle for things where I had been really small or insecure in the past, and say no—and claim my power—what I wanted would connect with me. Thinking positive had nothing to do with it; it was standing in my power and strength and worth and not settling for less that mattered.
Kabbalah teaches that the manifestation process requires moving through the thought and feeling of having your heart’s desire and also taking action. Sometimes you don’t get what you want simply because you don’t bother to do anything—like send out a resume, join a singles group, or save money for a new car. Be sure to take action in addition to focusing your thoughts and feelings on your desire. In fact, the effort that you put forth create what you want through your action is seen by the Kabbalists as the most important aspect of the manifestation process.
I don’t believe the Law of Attraction is complete nonsense. I just believe it’s one piece of a bigger puzzle. It’s like the diet part to the diet and exercise needed if you want to change your body. I do believe in energy. I do believe in the power of visualization, beliefs, and using you entire body as an instrument. This means feeling not just thinking. And I believe if you live in a certain state / or “vibration” good does happen. Yes, there is science behind this. But I believe it because I have experienced it in my own life.

The universe hears your intentions, but when you’re unclear about what you want, you’ll get an equally unclear answer, or worse, something you don’t actually want. Only you know what’s best for you, and your spirit guides can help you get there – you just have get into a deep quiet to listen to their messages. Putting down what you want in writing also helps clarify your visions. The more detailed, the better.
After you’ve set your powerful intentions, designed all of your desires with pinpointed specificity and then heightened your vibration with your thoughts and feelings, you then need to let go of your expectations. This can be the trickiest part of the manifesting process because you need to get out of your own way. Too often people sabotage themselves at the point where they just need to trust. The best affirmation to use?
